Insects

Funny how we belittle insects and refer to them as pests. We perceive ourselves superior to them in so many ways. We would refer to other humans as an insect to belittle them. Yet in the end. It was they who survived the ice age and survived past dinosaurs and other creatures. Millions of years from now when all humans are wiped out and the earth will be repopulated by another species will they be so foolish to look down upon those species that can outsmart its predecessors by surviving catastrophes, by invading their houses over and over and over no matter how many billions are spent on keeping them from invading and ways to kill them? Will they claim that the ultimate creator created them in his image as well? What if he created insects in his image? Think about it and check your ego out the door when you read my words. It's not intended to offend but that's inevitable. Years from now you won't even remember reading my ramblings which you justified to yourself as madness so that you can continue living your reality unscathed. It's okay. We all do what we must to get through this existence and if convincing yourself that will help you then more power to you
